Regional Excursion Daily (RED) Tickets are available to concession holders (as shown below) from all states and territories in Australia, for all bus route services operated by NSW Contract B bus operators which includes Murtons City Bus in Broken Hill.

Tickets are available to people who hold a current:

• Pensioner Concession Card issued by Centrelink or Department of Veteran’s Affairs
• Seniors Card
• War Widower Card

The ticket costs $2.50 per person, per day and can be used for unlimited travel until midnight on the day of purchase only.

The ticket is non-transferable (i.e. it is restricted to the initial purchaser only who must show their concession card along with their valid RED ticket at the start of each trip

RED tickets are valid for all rural NSW Contract B bus services, but they are not valid on any rail services and are not valid Sydney outer metropolitan and Sydney metropolitan buses.

RED tickets may be purchased from any Murtons Town Service Bus Operator.
